To me, photography is about capturing the hidden meaning, the emotion, and the invisible in a given moment in time. It transcends mere composition and lighting. When it's done well, we sit up and take notice, we pause over an image, and if everything is perfect, we might even feel that slight tingling up the spine.

While I try to achieve this in every photograph - and have been doing so for over 30 years - it remains an illusive goal. Occasionally, I come close, but more often I fall short. Luckily, though, it's that falling short that motivates me to continue, and that adds excitement to the craft.

I have a wide range of interests in photography. I hope you enjoy exploring my portfolio.
